About the Pastor

Rev. Mark Vickstrom is a Colorado native, born in Glenwood Springs in 1960. Raised on Colorado's Western Slope, Mark loves the mountains and is most at home in the outdoors. Mark lives in Evergreen, located in the foothills west of Denver, and shares his life with his wife, Anne, and their three kids, Will, Elizabeth and Caroline. Mark holds degrees in Finance (Colorado State), Law (Michigan) and Divinity (Princeton).

Pastor Mark shepherds the faith of both believers and seekers, striving to provide a vision for the whole church.  His own personal journey has bonded him with people crossing a broad spectrum of faith perspectives.  Mark’s ecumenical approach seeks the expansion of worship, discipleship and mission outreach ministries.

In addition to his church work, Mark is Chairman of Membership Growth and Development for Rotary International District 5450, and serves on the boards of various non-profits, including Community Ministry, a food and clothing bank in Southwest Denver.
